I take a different approach to Massage Therapy—one that looks beyond where you feel discomfort to how your body moves and functions as a whole.
With 14 years as a Registered Massage Therapist and 24 years of reflexology experience, my work has developed a particular focus on the posture, feet, gait, hands and wrists, along with the relationship between movement and the rest of the body.
My two-hour appointments begin with an RMT assessment and are individually tailored to you.
I also work with clients experiencing altered sensation, sensitivity or discomfort in the hands and feet, including those living with neuropathy and previous injuries.
